Food - Kimchi

Kimchi is one of the traditional food in Korea. Koreans serve kimchi at almost every meal, even become the symbol of Korean.


Origins of kimchi

Many Koreans at the time of Si-Kyong lived in the Manchurian region, and it is believed that they made kimchi to preserve the vitamins and minerals in vegetables for the long, cold winters in Manchuria.

It can takes four period of kimchi:
1.Three Kingdoms Period: Spreading of pickled
2.Koryo Dynasty
3.Chosun Dynasty
4.Current Time
